Investments in the field of education are continuing in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
An additional classroom which was added to the Karpaz Vocational School was opened with a ceremony on Thursday.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Minister of National Education and Culture Olgun Amcaoğlu said that they attached particular importance to the Karpaz Region.
He said that a 600m2 private school was also to be built in the village of Ziyamet adding that investments in the field of education will continue in all regions.
Also speaking, Prime Minister Ersan Saner referred to the importance of vocational schools and said that work is underway for a new vocational school building in Lefkoşa.
The Prime Minister said that they made it possible for 85,000 students to enter the country from this day on.
Saner also stressed that they will continue to further develop the country’s economy.
