President Ersin Tatar stated that with the increase in the vaccination rate in the country, the economic structure in the field of tourism and education could be further strengthened.

Speaking during a conference, the President said that the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus had waged a great struggle to come to where it is today and added that thanks to the support of motherland Turkey they were able to explain to the world that there needs to be two separate states in Cyprus.

He said that the sovereignty of the Turkish Cypriot people is important and that in this context the Turkish Cypriot people need to further strengthen their economy and culture in order to prove this to the world.

Explaining that due to the support provided by Turkey the Emergency Hospital was completed and is now serving the people, Tatar said that he was very proud to see that TRNC doctors studying in Turkey are returning to the country to assist during these trying times.

Touching upon the importance of Turkey further strengthening, Tatar said that as the TRNC they will always support motherland Turkey.
