The main opposition Republican Turkish Party (CTP), the  Peoples’ Party (HP) and the Social Democratic Party (TDP) said on Thursday that they will not give a vote-of-confidence to the new UBP-DP coalition government.

The Rebirth Party (YDP) said that it will support the new government from the outside on the condition that early elections are held.

The CTP, TDP and HP also agree that the new coalition will be unable to achieve the goals outlined in the government programme.

The party leaders argued that the government was making promises it will not be able to keep.
