The Health Ministry on Monday reported 410 new positive cases of coronavirus following 35,585 diagnostic tests carried out in the last 24 hours.

According to the Health Ministry, 27 people were under observation for coming into contact with previous Covid-19 cases while 378 positive cases were locally transmitted.

157 of the cases are from the Lefkoşa District, 77 from the Girne District, 82 from the Gazimağusa District, 30 from the Güzelyurt District, 18 from the İskele District and 14 from the Lefke District.

158 people have recovered and have been discharged.

Meanwhile, South Cyprus reported 5,024 new cases and two deaths on Monday.
