The leader of the Rebirth Party Erhan Arıklı claimed that manoeuvres were carried out that affected the outcome of the election.

Arıklı stated that they were exposed to many political games, both within and outside the party during the election process.

He said that they will be reconstructing the Rebirth Party in the period that follows.

Evaluating the preliminary election results at the Rebirth Party headquarters, Arıklı said that his party had retained its votes and that winning three seats would be a success.

Noting that they failed to receive the outcome they were expecting during the elections, Arıklı said that they were forced to compete with larger political parties with enormous election budgets.
