The Economic Organisation Platform (EOP) called on political parties to establish a strong reform government and said that the platform is ready for collaboration with the new government.

In a statement made by the platform it was noted that the Turkish Cypriot people have been deeply affected by the pandemic and with the economic crises which followed, the economy has shrunk and businesses and employees could not protect their income.

“It is a basic necessity to form a strong reform government after a successful early general election in order to overcome these problems. The primary demand of the Economic Organisation Platform from political parties is to work towards forming a government that will tackle these problems” the statement concluded.
