Greek ships have fired at two Turkish boats in the Aegean Sea, injuring one crew member.
According to a statement issued by the Turkish Coast Guard, the Greek ships fired at the two boats fishing off the Coast of Sakız Island and Karaburun.
A fisherman who was slightly injured was rushed to the Çeşme State Hospital after receiving emergency treatment by the Turkish Coast Guard.
The statement said that the incident in which elements from Greece fired upon unarmed civilian fishermen was unacceptable and a crime against humanity.
