The 6th Tatlısu Herb Festival was realized on Sunday.
President Ersin Tatar, Prime Minister Faiz Sucuoğlu, some ministers, deputies and mayors of Turkiye’s Çeşme, Kuşadası and Konya province also attended the event.
Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Faiz Sucuoğlu said that such festivals contributed greatly to local economies, stating that the pandemic was slowly abating after two years.
Also speaking at the event President Ersin Tatar touched upon the Russian-Ukrainian war, stating that a serious food shortage is expected to take place in the world.
He said that they were working towards strengthening the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus with the support of motherland Turkiye.
