Test requirement for TRNC entry to end

More Covid-19 restrictions are being eased in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

According to the latest decision, as of Monday, June 13, there will be no requirement for unvaccinated people to present COVID-19 tests when entering the country.

The Higher Committee for Infectious Diseases announced a new decision regarding the rules for entry in the country.

According to the latest decision which was approved by the Council of Ministers and published in the official gazette on Thursday, both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals will be able to enter the country without the need to provide a valid Covid test.

Test requirements had been removed at the crossing points in April.
