Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar is in Brussels as part of the NATO Defence Ministers meeting.
As part of his contacts in the Belgian capital, Akar came together with UK Defence Secretary and Ukrainian Defence Ministers at a tripartite meeting.
During the meeting, Turkish Defence Minister Akar, the UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace and Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov exchanged views on regional defence and security issues and discuss the latest developments in Ukraine.
They also discussed the issues of safely departure of grain ships from the Ukraine ports and ensuring the safely arrival of the A400M airplanes to Türkiye.
