Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, in his speech at the Collective Opening and Project Launch Ceremony, stated that they will continue their way by further strengthening the historical ties with motherland Türkiye.
Prime Minister Üstel also stressed that the investments will continue based on the words of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan that “the Turkish Cypriot people will also benefit from all the blessings that the Turkish people benefit from”.
Prime Minister Ünal Üstel, in his speech at the Collective Opening and Project Launch Ceremony at the Public Data Center, stated that a beautiful day was witnessed.
Stating that since the day the government was founded they have said that they will pass the laws on the dusty shelves through Parliament and that they will sign new projects, Üstel noted that the projects that we longed for were realized today thanks to Türkiye.
Expressing his gratitude to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Vice-President Fuat Oktay, he stressed that they would continue with reforms and they have started.
Noting that important steps such as the reform of local administrations and the law on organized industrial zones will continue, Üstel said additional protocols will be signed where needed.
Reminding that Turkish President Erdoğan promised a new Parliament building and a Presidential complex worthy of the TRNC, and that the foundations of the complex were laid, the Prime Minister also noted that Turkish President Erdoğan made a call for the “recognition of the TRNC” at the UN General Assembly.
Stating that there were those who do not adopt the status of two equal sovereign states, but this will not intimidate them, Üstel said that the National Park will be built on 400 acres, which is a first in the TRNC.
Stating that this facility will be completed and inaugurated by the end of 2023, Üstel stated that with this determination, they will continue on their way by further strengthening the historical ties with motherland Türkiye.
