The Economy, Finance, Budget and Planning Committee of the Parliament has completed its discussions on the 2023 budget.
The 2023 budget will be discussed at the general assembly at parliament after the 25th of December local elections have been completed.

A total of 8 sessions have taken place since November by the Economy, Finance, Budget and Planning Committee in order to determine the 2023 Fiscal Year Budget Draft Law.
The budget marathon of the Committee ended with the completion of the discussion of the draft item by item and a vote.
Changes have been made to the 2023 Fiscal Year Budget Draft Bill, which had been set at ₺35.8bn and sent to the parliament following its approval by the Council of Ministers.
