President Ersin Tatar said that the Turkish Cypriot people, who had suffered a lot in the past, can look to the future with hope without giving up.
Speaking at the opening of an exhibition held at the Near East University, President Tatar said “the important thing is the will to further exalt the trust left to us by our mujahid people, motherland Türkiye and our martyrs.”
President Ersin Tatar attended the opening of the Fine Arts Year-End Exhibition held at the Near East University Atatürk Cultural and Congress Centre on Thursday.
In his speech, the President expressed his pleasure at attending the 432nd exhibition inaugurated by the Cyprus Museum of Modern Arts and added that the successful works of art were seen by the whole world.
“The Turkish Cypriot people, who have experienced great pain, can look to the future with hope without giving up” Tatar noted.
“It is necessary to applaud the heart that lies behind hundreds of works, being a worldly person and serving humanity. These achievements make us all proud. The important thing is the will to exalt the trust left to us by our mujahid people, motherland Türkiye and our martyrs. We have full hope and confidence that we will move our country forward with this belief and enthusiasm” President Tatar added.
