The Police General Directorate has taken high precautionary measures so that the public will spend the New Year in peace and safety.

Celebrating the New Year of the people, the General Directorate of Police announced that it had taken all the safety measures to the highest level in order to ensure that the New Year celebrations pass in an atmosphere of peace and security.

A statement issued by the General Directorate of Police said that “155 POLICE”, “156 NARCOTICS”, “199 FIRE DEPARTMENT” and other telephone lines will be in service 24 hours a day, as always.

“We wish 2023 to be beneficial to our people, our state and our country” the statement added.
