An earthquake of 4.7 magnitude occurred at the epicenter of the Mediterranean region on Tuesday evening.

The Boğaziçi University Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Reaserch Institute announced that the 4.7 magnitude earthquake was recorded at 22.11pm.

The earthquake was also felt mildly off the shores of Girne.
