Date Added: 07 December 2021

The Health Ministry on Monday announced that less than 30 per cent of the population has received their Covid-19 booster shots.

The Ministry warned that people who have exceeded 3-6 months since their last jab and have not had their third dose will be deemed unvaccinated as of today and their Adapass safe pass cancelled.

The Health Ministry reports show that the death toll in the country is 110 up to date, while the daily numbers of cases are over 200.

It also revealed that 666,382 vaccines were administered to date in the country.

74.93% of the population received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, 74.06% received their second dose, 28.38% received their third dose and 5.65% have administered all four doses.

According to the data published in December, around 83,000 individuals who received two doses of Sinovac, 24,000 individuals who have received two doses of BioNTech and almost 600 individuals who received two doses of AstraZeneca have not yet received their booster shots.
