Asım Akansoy has been elected as the General Secretary of the Republican Turkish Party (CTP).

The Republican Turkish Party Assembly convened on Monday evening at the Gönyeli Municipality Conference Hall.

The CTP Party Assembly held its first meeting after the ordinary party congress.

While an election was held between Asım Akansoy, Erkut Şahali and Erdoğan Sorakın, Asım Akansoy was elected as the party’s new General Secretary.
