Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry in London

A delegation from the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry (KTSO) which is holding contacts in the UK, paid a visit to the Turkish Embassy in London.

During their visit to the Turkish Embassy in London the Chamber Chairman Ali Kamacıoğlu said that England is an export point that has high potential for the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The chairman of the Cyprus Turkish Chamber of Industry Ali Kamacıoğlu and his accompanying delegation, who are in England as part of the London Trade Delegation organization visited the Turkish Embassy in London and held a meeting with Turkish Ambassador Ümit Yalçın and Chief Commercial Counsellor Tarık Sönmez.

During the meeting, information was given regarding the industrial structure, production and export capabilities of North Cyprus and the activities of the Chamber.

Chairman of the Chamber Ali Kamacıoğlu stated that England was an export point with a high potential because it is a country where many Turks reside.

“If we want to stand on our own feet, we need to develop and improve our production and exports. Maybe we don’t have a heavy industry, but we do have an agricultural industry. We must further develop this and increase our exports,” he said.
