The Meteorology Department has issued a warning against dusty weather.

In a statement issued by the MET office, it was noted that dust particles via North Africa will be effective in our country for the next 3 days.

The Meteorology Department announced that dust particles to be transported over North Africa are expected to create air pollution in our region.

In the statement, citizens who are sensitive to dust were advised to be cautious and remain indoors.

Dusty weather conditions from Africa, is expected to be effective until October 13.
