Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu issued a condolence message for the former Interior Minister of Türkiye Cahit Bayar’s death.

In his message Ertuğruloğlu said,“It is with great sadness that I learned of the death of Mr. Burhan Cahit Bayar, a former Minister of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye and a former Ambassador to Lefkoşa. May God have mercy on the deceased Bayar. I wish my condolences and patience to his grieving family.”
