The Commander of the Security Forces Command, Major General Zorlu Topaloğlu, issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 17th October World Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Day.
The Commander of the Security Forces Command Major General Zorlu Topaloğlu gave the following statements in his message;
I congratulate all our non-commissioned officers, who are an inseparable part of our Security Forces Command and serve shoulder to shoulder to get us to where we are today, on the 17th of October, World Non-Commissioned Officers Day. I wish our active and retired non-commissioned officers and their families a healthy, happy and peaceful life, and I wish God’s mercy upon those who have passed away.
