The debate on the government programme of the National Unity Party (UBP)-Democrat Party (DP)-Rebirth Party (YDP) coalition formed under the leadership of Prime Minister Ünal Üstel was held on Monday.
The main opposition Republican Turkish Party (CTP) and the People’s Party (HP) boycotted the session.
A vote of confidence will be held in parliament on Wednesday, a day after the completion of the debate on the government program.
The Council of Ministers of the UBP-DP-YDP coalition government formed under Prime Minister Ünal Üstel was approved by President Ersin Tatar and then read out at the parliament last Friday.
