The heavy rains led to the overflow of the stream leading to flooding in many homes.

Some roads were closed to traffic and some vehicles were stuck on the roads.

The Police and Civil Defense teams intervened and saved drivers who were stuck on the roads.

While some houses were flooded due to the heavy rains, some roads were closed and the heavy rain made it very difficult for drivers on the road leading to many accidents.

The route between the Ortaköy Lemar lights and the Hospital roundabout has been cleared and opened to traffic.

In a statement made by the Highways Department, it warned all drivers to drive carefully and slowly since the ongoing rains are expected to be strong and very strong in places.
