The Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) has announced that there will be power cuts across the country on Monday.

According to a statement released by KIB-TEK, the power cuts which are the result of production shortages will be for two-hour long intervals.

It also announced that there will be longer power cuts in Gazimağusa on Monday between 9am and 5pm as a result of work being carried out on the power grid.
