As of Monday, October 4, all persons above the age of 18 wishing to enter the TRNC through airports, seaports or through the crossing points after arriving in South Cyprus will be required to fill in the TRNC passenger form available on the Adapass website, adapass.gov.ct.tr, the Higher Committee for Infectious Diseases announced.

According to the latest decisions adopted by the Higher Committee for Infectious Diseases, all persons arriving from abroad will be required to fill in the form before entering the country and obtain a printed version of the form.

Passengers arriving from an EU country, the UK or Turkey will be required to upload their QR coded vaccination certificate or QR coded PCR test result. These documents must be uploaded by scanning the QR codes on the documents via a tablet/mobile phone.

Only tablets and mobile phones can be used to fill and upload the necessary documents.

TRNC citizens accessing the website will be required to fill in the “ADAPASS” section, Turkish citizens the “HEALTHPASS” section and EU citizens the “GREENPASS” section. UK citizens will be required to upload and attach documents on the “NHS QR CODE” section. –

All uploaded and attached documents will be checked upon entry into the country so persons will be required to present original versions.

This practice will be mandatory for all persons above the age of 18.
