Some Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot political parties came together at the Ledra Palace Hotel in the buffer zone in Lefkoşa.

Leaders and representatives of some Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot political parties came together at a meeting held at the Ledra Palace Hotel under the auspices of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic.

The Greek Cypriot political party AKEL hosted Monday’s meeting.

Delivering an opening speech at the meeting, the Slovakian Ambassador Martin Bezak said that the issues of crossing points, economy, cultural heritage and environment were taken up at the meeting.
