The Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (KTTO) will be opening its new London Representation Office with a ceremony on Thursday.

The President of the Chamber Turgay Deniz will also attend the inauguration ceremony at D’Arblay Street in the Soho district of London.

A statement released by the KTTO said that the chamber believes that there are serious opportunities to further develop relations between the TRNC and the UK following the UK’s exit from the European Union (EU).

The statement added that the office which is being opened with the aim of finding clients in the UK for products and services produced in North Cyprus as well as overcoming the existing trade barriers between the two countries also aims to build on relations with Turkish Cypriots residing in the UK.

The KTTO’s representation office in London will be its third office abroad following Ankara and Brussels.
