Minister of Health Ünal Üstel announced on Monday that the Akdoğan Health Centre has begun carrying out rapid tests.

Üstel who held inspections at the Health Centre in Akdoğan said that his ministry was working hard to provide better service to the public since assuming office.

Pointing to the density of the population in the area, Üstel stressed that it was important to conduct tests in addition to proceeding with vaccinations.

The Akdoğan Health Centre will be carrying out rapid tests from 12 pm-3 pm.

Üstel said that tests will be free of charge for vaccinated individuals but a fee will be charged for those who are not vaccinated.
