The Leader of the People’s Party (HP) Kudret Özersay made evaluations to BRT after President Ersin Tatar accepted the government’s resignation.

He said that the latest developments were not the result of a disagreement between the coalition partners but of problems within the UBP itself.

Noting that the country’s economy was damaged, Özersay suggested a communal consensus with the participation of the five political parties in parliament.

Pointing out that the country should be governed with a joint understanding, he said that the HP was ready to discuss all possible alternatives.
