Health Minister Ali Pilli on Tuesday said that more than 120,000 vaccines were administered in a month and thanked the public for their interest.

Stating that the public has a great responsibility in the fight against

Covid-19, Pilli noted that these difficult days can be overcome by adhering to measures such as wearing masks, social distancing and hygiene.

Underlining that the daily number of vaccines administered has exceeded 10,000 since the day he took office, Pilli said that figure since November 5, 2021 was around 120,253.

The health minister said that they have taken all necessary measures in terms of increasing the number of beds at ICUs so as to cope with the growing number of covid cases due to the winter months.
