Prime Minister Ünal Üstel received the Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Yasin Ekrem Serim, Turkish Ambassador to Lefkoşa Metin Feyzioğlu and his accompanying delegation.
Speaking at the meeting, Üstel said that new projects planned to be carried out in the country will be completed with the support of motherland Türkiye and presented to the public.
Wishing success to Serim and Feyzioğlu in their new duties, Prime Minister Üstel stated that they will continue to work in coordination and cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye and the Turkish Embassy in Lefkoşa.
Stating that the unfinished projects will be completed immediately after the local elections, the premier said, “New projects planned to be carried out in the country will be completed with the support of Türkiye, and will be put into service of the people.”
Turkish Deputy Foreign Minister Serim for his part stated that they paid their first visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus after taking office, and noted that they started working on the projects planned to be carried out in the TRNC with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye and the Turkish Embassy in Lefkoşa.
