Speaking during the visit the president stated that the 31st National Urology Congress will be held in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and said “the fact that the congresses are held in our country is very meaningful in terms of promoting the country.

Speaking during the visit President Tatar emphasized that the TRNC is an island of tourism and education and stated that holding congresses in the field of health in the country is important for promoting the country internationally.
“With the developments in medicine, studies in the field of health are of paramount importance. The congress to be held is also important in terms of informing the citizens about the latest developments in medicine” said Tatar.
Meanwhile President Tatar stated that the Presidential Health Advisor Prof. Dr. Nedime Serakıncı was invited to take part as a speaker and will give information about her work on prostate cancer at the 31st National Urology Congress, which will be held on October 27-30.
