Pr. Tatar to deliver conferences in Turkish capital

President Ersin Tatar flew to Ankara this morning for a two day visit.

As part of his contacts in the Turkish capital, Tatar will be delivering several conferences on the Cyprus issue.

President Ersin Tatar, who is in the Turkish capital Ankara for a series of contacts, first visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye.

He will be delivering a conference later in the afternoon at the Ankara Haci Bayram Veli University titled “Geopolitics in the Eastern Mediterranean and the TRNC.”

Tatar will also be attending a meeting organised by the EkoAvrasya Foundation titled “The acceptance of the TRNC to the Organisation of Turkic States.”

On Thursday, the president will be attending a meeting organised by the Central Union of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen Credit and Bail Cooperatives Union (TESKOMB).

Also on Thursday, President Ersin Tatar will be attending a panel organised by the Başkent University’s Centre for Cyprus Turkish Historical Research titled, “Bloody Christmas.”

Tatar who will also visit the Ankara Chamber of Commerce will be returning to the island the same day.
