President Ersin Tatar met with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu in New York.
The president is in New York within the framework of the 77th General Assembly meeting of the United Nations.
In a post regarding the meeting, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu wrote “We will always support the TRNC”.
President Ersin Tatar is continuing to hold contacts in New York, where the 77th General Assembly of the United Nations is taking place.
Tatar came together with the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu and the President’s Special Representative Ergün Olgun also attended the meeting.
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu wrote on his twitter account, “We held our first meeting in New York with TRNC President Ersin Tatar and my counterpart Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu. We will always support the TRNC”.
