Sea Bus services between Hatay and Gazimağusa will start on August 5

It’s been announced that the Sea Bus services between Hatay and Gazimağusa will start on Friday, the 5th of August.

According to a statement released by the Hatay Metropolitan Municipality, the Piyale Pasha Ship, which will make the Arsuz-Gazimağusa voyage every Friday at 11:00, starting from August 5, will depart from Gazimağusa to Arsuz at 23:45 on Sundays.

The ticket prices of the voyages, which are expected to take an average of four and a half to five hours, will be 850 TL for civilians and 650 TL for students.

Issuing a statement on the issue, the Mayor of the Hatay Metropolitan Municipality Lütfü Savaş said “we travel to Girne twice a week. We have two outbound and two inbound sea bus services. Now we will start with a sea bus service to Gazimağusa once a week” and added that the sea bus services will increase to six per week.

The Arsuz-Girne service of the Hatay Sea Buses continues at 11.45pm on Wednesdays and Sundays and the Girne-Arsuz service continues at 1pm on Tuesdays and Fridays.
