President Ersin Tatar, who attended the New Year’s dinner of the Adana Solidarity, Activity and Culture Association, emphasized that his only goal is to overcome all difficulties through solidarity and brotherhood and serve the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Touching upon the Cyprus issue Tatar said, “The dream of a federation is left behind. This important policy has also been fully adopted by the Republic of Turkey.”

Noting that as the president he has adopted a policy where an agreement can be reached with the cooperation of two separate sovereign states living side by side, Tatar said Turkey also embracing and fully supporting this policy is important.

“We are an inseparable part of Turkey and we are stronger united. The efforts we are giving so that our children can continue to exist on these lands is sacred and national. Our only goal is to overcome all difficulties together with cooperation, solidarity and brotherhood and serve the TRNC” said Tatar.
