The Speaker of Parliament Zorlu Töre issued a written message on Tuesday condemning the terrorist attack on a police facility in Türkiye’s Mersin province.

Condemning the treacherous attack, Töre stressed that such attempts to disrupt the unity and solidarity of the Turkish nation will always be futile.

In his message condemning the attack, the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Zorlu Töre said that such treacherous attempts to disrupt the unity and solidarity of the Turkish nation will always be unsuccessful.

He said that the Turkish nation’s perseverance and strength has always proved to be victorious over such attempts to divide it.

Töre concluded his message by expressing his deepest sympathies to the families of the martyrs and the Turkish police force.
